Refunds and Exchanges
1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.
2. Refund will be made only after we get our item back
3. No refunds for custom orders.
4. No refunds for items from section craft supplies and Sale.
5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
I have no PayPal account. Can I pay with credit card?
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, however, no PayPal account is required. To pay by credit card, please follow the steps below:
1. Click "Pay with PayPal" at the end of the checkout process.
2. Now you are at PayPal. Click "Continue" to pay with a credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
3. Enter your credit card and personal info. Click "Review Order and Continue."
4. Review your order. If everything is correct, Click "Pay (dollar amount) Now."
Usually, we ship first class airmail, if you need faster delivery - contact me.

North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 2-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-8 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-8 weeks

Custom and personalized orders

Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you:
- have been contacted me within 2 weeks after receiving the order.
- have been sent within 30 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)
When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances.
Exchange of goods - is impossible.

Re-delivery of unclaimed parcel
Orders that have returned to me unclaimed I can resend for the full cost of delivery at the rates of the national postal service. This includes orders with free shipping.
Custom and personalized orders
If you did not specify a font for engraving, I will use font 4.
If you entered engraving data in the personalization, but did not pay for it, I will not be able to do the engraving and send the product without it.
